Monitise completes acquisition of Clairmail
Monitise announced it has completed the acquisition of Clairmail, the US mobile banking and payments specialist. The company says the acquisition will further enhance its position in the market of mobile payments.
The acquisition was approved at Monitise’s general meeting on 25 June.
