What are Mobey Forum Member Meetings?

Mobey Forum’s global member meetings feature topical high level speakers and panel debates, which frequently report on pilot studies and implementations deployed by members. This provides a platform for members to knowledge share and learn best practice.

Each two-day plenary meeting is hosted by a different Mobey Forum member organisation. The meetings consist of highly informative presentations, case studies and panel discussions.

To foster an open and meaningful exchange of ideas among members, member meetings are closed events, limited only to members and specially invited external speakers.

MobeyDay 2013

Following the success of last year's MobeyDay, Mobey Forum has decided to make it an annual event. MobeyDay will be hosted by CaixaBank again this year in Barcelona.

MobeyDay opens the doors to non-member banking professionals to join the Mobey Forum community for a day of of presentations and debates by influential executives in the mobile financial services industry, and unmatched networking opportunties.

Where?

This year's MobeyDay venue will be the stunning Caixa Forum, located near Placa España, a short metro ride from the center of Barcelona.

Workgroup meetings will be held at Palacio Macaya, Paseo de San Juan, 108, Barcelona – 08009.

What are Mobey Forum’s workgroup meetings? Mobey Forum’s workgroups meet on bi-weekly calls and face-to-face at workgroup days to discuss a specific topic in mobile financial services. The groups work to analyze the current business, market and security environments in a neutral and independent manner. They help Mobey members to navigate sometimes complex sources of information. Mobey Forum is open for all technologies and business models, and works to prevent any type of ‘tunnel-vision’ in mobile financial services industry.

Extra - free entry to BDigital Global Congress

All MobeyDay delegates are invited to participate in the BDigital Global Congress taking place in the same Barcelona venue the following day, June 12. The Congress continues until the end of the week, with a focus on mobile on day one (12 June).

The BDigital Global Congress is the reference congress of Information and Communications Technology (ICT), and its application in business, technology sector and society. The 15th Edition of the congress will take place in Barcelona. In its 15 year history has brought more than 24,000 attendees and over 2,300 keynotes and speakers.
